Thermal performance of windows, doors and shutters (UNI EN ISO 10077-1 and UNI EN ISO 10077-2)

Analitic calculation carried out with a suitable software, conforming to Standard UNI EN ISO 10077-2, gives the value of thermal trasmittance U_f of the frame related to a specified profile, through the evaluation of:

- reference data of the thermal conductivity of profiles

- all elements/accessories composing nodes

- linear thermal trasmittance

- conjunction between glazing or opaque panels and profile

In order to calculate the value of thermal trasmittance of the window U_w, it’s necessary to insert into the software (conform to UNI EN 10077-1) the U_f value previously calculated and the data related to window features.
